I started my journey on August 8th 2011; weighing at 70kg and standing at 6”3’.. I was always called skinny and lanky, but never thought anything of it. I would eat everything and anything, without gaining a single kilo.
At the beginning, i wanted to improve my appearance; so that girls would notice me more and like what they saw. Months into training, that appearance strive was fading; i begun to train for myself, to see how far i can push my body. To better my results, a continuous competition.
At this stage *15/03/12* I weigh 85kg and I can feel im on my way. People I haven’t seen since high school are noticing the changes, they’re reminiscing on the body they once knew. This continuously gives me the drive..the motivation to keep going.
What are my goals? To be 92kg and to be able to conquer the goals I set when starting gym. This is no longer a ‘thing’ to do, its a lifestyle; giving me knowledge to help them, who cant help themselves.
Its not the matter of ‘IF’ I reach my goals, but WHEN.
